HBV/4DR 9G test™ detects the hepatitis B virus that causes hepatitis B and identifies 5 mutations that cause resistance to 4 kinds of drugs.

· Hepatitis B virus is detected and identified for five mutations(181V, 204I, 204V, 236T, 250V) that cause drug resistance in the viral gene.

· HBV/4DR 9G test™ detects hepatitis B virus very sensitively(Limit of Detection : 15 IU/ml) and shows sensitivity 99.0% and specificity 99.3%.

Technical Excellence in Biometrix Technology

· Detection of trace amounts of DNA using 9G technology.

· Hybridization at room temperature is possible because of constant interval between DNA probes.

· Genotyping for pathogens is possible because SNP(Single nucleotide polymorphism) can be identified through DNA-DNA binding.
